​The QCHAT membership is all inclusive of the POB community which includes the steamship lines, manufacturers, stevedores, processors and terminal operators, Steamship Trade Association (STA), Maryland Port Administration, (MPA,) all locals of the International Longshoremen's Association (ILA), and the Maryland Transportation Authority Police, and other key partners in the POB.
