Ms. Brenda Dandy​

Now retired, Brenda Dandy was co-founder and financial executive with Marine Enterprises International Essex, Maryland. Marine Enterprises International manufactures crystal sea marine mix, the leading artificial seawater mix used in public aquariums, aquaculture facilities, live seafood holding systems and research laboratories worldwide. The company proudly ships to its global customers from the Port of Baltimore.

In 2003, Ms. Dandy was commissioned by then-Governor Ehrlich to serve as Vice-Chair of the Maryland Commission for Women and in 2005 she was appointed to serve on the Maryland Port Commission. In 2015, Ms. Dandy was reappointed by Governor Hogan to the Maryland Port Commission.

Ms. Dandy is a member of the Rotary Club of Towsontowne where she served as President, Treasurer and Social Director. In addition, she used to be Treasurer of The Johns Hopkins Club.

Ms. Dandy lives in Baltimore County and currently loves spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and friends and she is enjoying retired life!​​
